It&#8217;s a miserable process, and I don&#8217;t see myself doing it much in the future.  It&#8217;s all good to make a set once in a while, but I usually get myself in over my head and it turns into a misery.  I am, of course, just venting.  Oh, TERRAIN, I can&#8217;t stay mad at you!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tzeentch Daemon terrain (for a client&#8211; turned out genius)<\/li>\n<li>Alpine (expansion to current set&#8211; made a lot of trees; it&#8217;s a misnomer it&#8217;s really just regular forest)<\/li>\n<li>Toxic Waste<\/li>\n<li>Chaos Mortals Display (for a client)<\/li>\n<li>Badlands (this is the best and largest set of terrain we made for the studio)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I tried some new techniques, for more realistic rocks, combining all the techniques I know: sandstone cutting, sanding, heat, and another one where I superheat a coat of wet housepaint and it makes tiny irregularities.  I got a pretty handsome result.<\/p>\n<p>Tomorrow is going to be a big day at the studio tomorrow.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The last few days I&#8217;ve been making terrain.
