In other news. I am in the process of updating the various pricing spreadsheets (eg they will now include auto-calculation for various specials like L2), so you may need to request some of them. They might not be on the website.
New Stegadon
The new Stegadon (for Lizardmen) will be a plastic kit. If you look at the base, it appears to be a chariot base (two inches by four inches), and if I’m looking at it right there’s some significant overlap on both front and back. That’s one huge figure. The skinks don’t even look crowded.
The rumors also indicate that the Stegadon is more than a Rare slot, and so multiples can be taken per army. I couldn’t be more excited.
Friday November 7 2008 Eggs in a Hanky
Keep your eyes peeled for new stuff in the For Sale section over the weekend.
Slowly life seems to get better. This morning was the usual, getting the kids ready for school, a prayer on their be-hooded heads and then off they go. My lovely wife made a broccoli omelette and bacon. Oh I love that bacon. I could eat a half a pound a day.
Something was magical at the studio today: pepperoni pizza and a lot of hard work, and we listened to The Onion all day. Everything is underway.
I am still booking projects for November.
Where no MAN has gone before!
My responsible daughter was up early this morning (she sets her alarm for 6:30am so she can get ready and have some free time) and found me watching an OLD Star Trek episode. Her comment:

Wednesday November 5 2008 Snowfall
Hey Groovy Blue Table Fans!
As usual, we’re hard at work on many different projects. Another tremendously sculpted Nurgle Daemon Prince came out of Assembly so be on the lookout for that.
There are a lot of things going on with the studio and in life that I can’t talk about right now, but maybe down the road. Let’s just say this is one of the hardest times. I had hoped it would get better. But evidently the crap times were the good times. Turns out.
A good friend of mine is moving away. It’s so sad I can hardly think about it. But things tend to come full circle through the years.
But I got ahead of myself. I awoke this morning, not well-rested, at about 4:30am and started responding to emails and balancing the checkbook (which I do every day, usually twice a day, without fail). Then a short rest. I was re-awakened to “DaaaaaayAAAD! Kay put snow on my face!” And I was thinking, “where the hal-ibut did she get snow?”
Well, evidently from the back porch. The snow line reached the valley last night. Not even an inch, but it was quite beautiful to see that white crustification over the russet, canary, and verdant green of autumn. I shoveled the drive and brushed the snow from my faithful putt-putt.
I am very much focused on keeping projects working through, and that is going smoothly. Projects can get immediate attention. I am at your disposal. Just waiting by the phone… er or email. I still have one slot open for each of the specials I have running.
Everyone at the studio is ga-ga over the Chaos Mortals spearhead which is in process. Those models are outstanding and we would absolutely love to do more of them.

Bow Before Your New Master
Supercongratulations to Barack Obama. I really think he was the better choice of the two main party candidates and while my political stance is diametrically opposed on most items, I think he will do a good job. I read his book cover to cover and found him to be thoughtful and reasonable. At least he gave consideration to different sides of each issue. I probably won’t write a book review for Audacity of Hope now.
